“ Review: Today, my friend took me on a culinary journey to Power Burger in Sham Shui Po, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! We savored their mouth-watering Power cheese burger and Power smash (Angus beef burger), and I have to emphasize how juicy and flavorful the beef patty was. The combination of perfectly cooked beef, melted cheese, and their secret sauce created an explosion of flavors that left me wanting more. What I loved: Apart from their incredible burgers, the fish sticks at Power Burger are an absolute must-try. Crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, they are a perfect balance of textures. Trust me, you won't be able to resist! Special Drinks: And let's not forget their special drinks! Among their impressive selection, the Spicy Ginger Soda stole the show. The refreshing combination of Pepsi and ginger coke with a spicy kick from the ginger makes it a truly unique and memorable beverage. ”

“ Coming from London, this was a great experience and tasted better than the burgers we have at home. I've never had the fish burger before (excluding Fish o fillet from McDonald's) and that was so good and meaty, it didn't feel greasy and the tartare sauce that accompanied it wasn't that sour. I had the smash burger and I enjoyed the flavour, very tasty burger and easy to finish, it was big too! The burgers don't come with sides unless you get the combos, but I highly recommend the fish sticks! They are so different from the fish fingers we get in England, its more meaty, and the right amount of crispness better than the fish fingers in the UK. But other sides are recommended like the chicken bites (kinda like kaarage), and sweet potato chips/fries. They have a selection of drinks, for the beers I suggest the Orion dark beer and the Sapporo, goes great with the food and the dark beer isn't bitter. For soda, I highly recommend the spicy ginger soda, made locally in HK and got hint of sichian peppercorns (not spicy), very unique. If you like burgers, highly recommend try out this place, they also have 2 other branches. ”

“ The place is very small, so there is limited seating available , I got the signature burger ( 3 patties and 2 cheese) . It was a typical mashed patty burger and was delicious but it could have used some tomato . The chips were excellent and crispy. It was really fluffy on the inside. I think the only downside is the price point. It’s a little expensive considering how small the burger is, the size of the coke and quantity of the fries ”

“ Max Power Smash is DELECTABLE. Juicy, flavorful, with just the right amount of crispy edges on the smashed patties. Great combo deal on sides and beer as well. ”

“ The burgers at Power Burger are great. I like how you can customize the add-ons like bacon, cheese, or egg for +$10 ($1.28 USD). The double cheeseburger $128+$10 egg ($17.69 USD) was nice. I would have preferred a slice of white onion instead of red onions. They also use little gherkins pickles instead of sliced pickles. It would have been nice if they included a slice of tomato, but didn't. That's a fail in my book for a standard burger. The add on french fries $28 w/soda ($3.59 USD) were meh. At least they have plenty of sauces available like ketchup, mayo and mustard at the counter. This is an order at the counter type of restaurant. Service was excellent as we were the only customers at the time. ”
